2. Services

Doorstep inspection and repair of washing machines, air conditioners, and refrigerators, subject to technician availability and the fault. Same-day service is offered where slots are available and is not guaranteed.

3. Inspection fee and pricing

• A ₹99 inspection fee applies per visit and is adjusted against your repair bill if you proceed.
• No repair work begins until you approve the quoted price.
• Prices depend on the fault and parts required. Website amounts are examples, not fixed quotes.

4. Spare parts

We use genuine parts where available and high-quality compatible parts otherwise, and inform you which is used. Certain parts may carry a separate manufacturer’s warranty.

5. Warranty

We provide a 30-day service warranty on every repair we carry out.

• It covers only the specific repair performed.
• It excludes new/unrelated faults, physical or liquid damage, misuse, tampering, repairs by others after our visit, and normal wear and tear.

6. Customer responsibilities

Provide safe access to the appliance and accurate fault information. Back up or remove personal items before service.

7. Limitation of liability

We work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair. We are not liable for indirect losses.

8. Cancellations and refunds

9. Brand names

All brand names are the property of their owners and are used only to describe the appliances we repair; their use implies no partnership or endorsement.

10. Governing law

Governed by the laws of India; disputes subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
