Cancel or reschedule free of charge before the technician is dispatched, by calling or messaging +91 8807311209. If the technician has already arrived, the ₹99 inspection fee remains payable.
The ₹99 inspection fee covers the visit and diagnosis and is adjusted against your repair bill if you proceed. If you do not proceed, it is non-refundable as it covers the visit already provided.
Payable only after you approve the price and the work is completed. If you are not satisfied the agreed repair was done, contact us within the warranty period for a free re-inspection of the same fault.
If the same repaired fault recurs within the 30-day service warranty, we re-attend and re-repair at no additional labour charge.
Where a refund is due (e.g., duplicate payment, or a charge for work not carried out), we process it to your original method within a reasonable time after confirmation.
